Sampling
Sampling is the process of selecting a few (A sample) from a bigger group (Sampling Population) to become the basis for estimating or predicting of a unknown piece of information Situations or outcomes regarding the bigger group

Population

Population can be targeted class from which you select few families/students to questions on order to find answers or called fine answers. and it is denoted by "M"

Sample
The small group of student of families from home, you collect the required information to estimate the average age of the class and average income of the families

Sample Size
The number of people / student / families from which you obtain the required information and is denoted by "n"

Sampling designing or strategy
The way of selecting the students

Sampling Unit or Element
Each student of family that becomes the basis of selecting your sample is called the sampling unit.

Sampling Frame

A list identifying each student/families in the study population is called as the sampling frame


Sampling Statistics

Your finding based on the information obtained from your respondent are called sample statistics.


Population Parameters or Population Means

From sampling statistics we make the estimate of our research question in the study population the estimated arrives at from samples statistics are called population parameters.


Saturation Point

Where no further information is required from the respondent
